Energy Freight were formed in December 2006 and started operation in August 2007.   We are based in Felixstowe which is Britain's busiest port and accounts for over 40% of UK container movements. 

Being based at the port means that on a daily basis we are dealing with hauliers, warehouses and shipping lines and allows us to buy the most competitive rates available for containerised / LCL shipments.  We can also handle airfreight to and from UK and any project cargo. Our import department are able to offer a efficient and professional clearance facility for any inbound shipments, sea or air.

Energy Freight considers customer service priority above everything else.  We feel we offer our customers a very personal service and in return we have a very loyal client base.  We are contactable 24 hours a day and are more than happy to answer calls and emails out of the normal working hours of 09:00-17:00 hrs.  This is one of the things that we pride ourselves on knowing that we will never leave any of our customers or overseas partners waiting for replies.  Everyone within our team are continually being trained to the highest appropriate level to ensure they are fully conversant with the changing aspects of our business.
