Energy Freight were formed in December 2006 and started operation in August 2007.Â Â We are based in Felixstowe which is Britainâ€™s busiest port and accounts for over 40% of UK container movements.

Being based at the port means that on a daily basis we are dealing with hauliers, warehouses and shipping lines and allows us to buy the most competitive rates available for containerised / LCL shipments.Â We can also handle airfreight to and from UK and any project cargo.Â Â Our import department are able to offer a efficient and professional clearance facility for any inbound shipments, sea or air.

Energy Freight considers customer service priority above everything else.Â We feel we offer our customers a very personal service and in return we have a very loyal client base. Â We are contactable 24 hours a day and are more than happy to answer calls and emails out of the normal working hours of 09:00-17:00 hrs.Â Â This is one of the things that we pride ourselves on knowing that we will never leave any of our customers or overseas partners waiting for replies.Â Â Â Â Â Everyone within our team are continually being trained to the highest appropriate level to ensure they are fully conversant with the changing aspects of our business.
