Fastic Group was founded at TAIPEI, TAIWAN in 1993 with concentrating its service on international FORWARDING, NVOCC and WORLDWIDE cargo import/export business.

Since 1995, FASTIC GROUP had stretched its business to MAINLAND CHINA.

Following significant global transportations and logistic demands from top international enterprises invested in CHINA, Fastic Group set up its first CHINA MAINLAND office in NINGBO, CHINA in 1995, and a subsidiary FASTIC SHANGHAI in 1997 in Shanghai subsequently, GROUP MANAGEMENT made a vital decision to relocate its headquarter from TAIWAN to SHANGHAI in 2001, FASTIC GROUP expanded and opened up other branches in QINGDAO, TIANJIN, XIAMEN and SHENZHEN to extend its service and expand its new work competition capability in CHINA.

In the year of 2002, another significant moment, FASTIC GROUP launched its own CONTAINER DEPOT named "NINGBO SKYLARK CONTAINER CO., LTD" which demonstrated that FASTIC has became a TOTAL LOGISTICS PROVIDER. In 2010 we expanded this depot to 273,000 sq. m. with warehouse of 32,000 sq.m.

With our complete network in CHINA, FASTIC GROUP operates full range of services such as CUSTOMS CLEARANCE SERVICE, WORLDWIDE MULTIMODAL TRANSPORT, VESSEL CHARTERING, FREIGHT FORWARDING, NVOCC, LAND TRANSPORT, SHIPPING AGENCY, WAREHOUSING and LOGISTICS including TRUCKING and DISTRIBUTION throughout CHINA.

For the purpose of centralizing the management and control of its 300 employees, the top management of the GROUP requested each subsidiary and branch office to set FINANCE, RATING, MARKETING & OVERSEAS DEPARTMENT respectively in order to supervise the performances. Every station manager of FASTIC branch office is responsible for business development, daily operation, sales and all other concerned issues.(Head office of GROUP in SHANGHAI will only get involved in when necessary ).
