GROUPAIR SA would like to give thanks for a wonderful job done by BOX SHIPPING in Sweden. The effort, dedication and patience shown from them again spells out the great relationships that they have as a LOGNET FAMILY. GROUPAIR SA is proud to be part of Lognet Global network.

Several months ago, GROUPAIR SA had a consignment of costumes that was to be forwarded to Sweden. The goods had to be separated into 2 different consignments which needed to be delivered onto two different ships for two cabaret shows that lasted three months. The greatest challenge was that goods arrived two days before the sailing and had to be customs cleared and delivered. The Cabaret shows were huge success, thanks to BOX SHIPPING delivering the correct boxes to the ships on time.

Three months down the line the ships docked at the harbour. Box Shipping was contacted to collect the goods and prepare goods for the return to South Africa. They were extremely patient throughout the entire process even when we discovered that they received extra cargo in error and the lack of export documentation delaying the cargo to be freighted to GROUPAIR SA.

Incredibly all goods were forwarded and arrived in South Africa on the 13^th December 2016. GROUPAIR SA managed to clear the goods and deliver to a very satisfied customer.

GROUPAIR SA wanted to extend their thanks to all the staff and management involved in making this shipment a success from the start to the final return and delivery. “Well done, you were awesome!!!!”
